This year the Boys Varsity Basketball team had a very successful year. We had a team record of 15-6 and lost many heartbreak games by one or two points. But as this upcoming off season is already on its way, there is a lot of work to be done. With us losing eight seniors and three of them being captains, there are some big shoes to be filled. Next year we will have six returning varsity players, and a lot of young talent. We will be working hard this summer in the off season to get better as individuals and as a team.
Our team will be attending three to four shoot arounds and if possible an over night camp. The camp will last about two or three days and we will play anywhere from 20 to 30 games. Brian Marein said, "This will be great for the team and for developing good camaraderie. Learning to play with your future teammates before the season always helps."
We are going to use the off season to get better as a team.
