What to watch for: This is the game area basketball fans should really have their eyes on tonight. A pair of talented, similar 18-3 teams coming off convincing blowout wins in the sectionals do battle for a spot in the district championship game. District semis don't get much more intriguing than that. US is led by Richard Morrow and Matt Kelly, a classic 1-2, inside-outside punch. Jack Bentz and Harry Briggs are key contributors as well for the Preppers, whose three losses are to Mentor, Benedictine and Cleveland Heights. Kenston is paced by 6-foot-8 sophomore Eric Truog, who is one of the area's top double-double players in scoring and rebounding. Pat Behm, Jeff Catlin and Justin Brownlow will be counted on heavily as well for the Bombers, but more than any individual player is Kenston's reliance on defense. If these two teams played 10 times, they might split the series, but there isn't that luxury here. Tempo and turnovers could be big factors in the outcome.
