As Election Day 2008 gets closer, Kenston seniors who are eligible to vote are getting more and more excited to cast their ballot. Between 30 and 40 students are registered to vote on November 4, all of whom are ready to represent their selected candidate in the voting booth.
"I support Obama for mostly uninteresting reasons. He has the most logical, pragmatic solutions to our most vexing problems: education, foreign policy, energy, etc. Aside from that, he brings out the best in our country, which is something we see far too little, especially in politics," said Joe Supan. Kyle Weemhoff was not afraid to voice his support for John McCain. "With the economy hurting, I believe McCain's economic plans would be more effective than Obama's." Regardless of which candidate is elected, the excitement level for Kenston seniors on Election Day will be very high.
