Every Tuesday morning's KHS students Kailey Bricker, Lexie Baroni, and John Malone are holding a group which they call Impact. Impact is a way for students to come together to pray before school. "Impact is an opportunity for students at KHS to get together and read God's Word, connect with other students, and grow in their faith. “What's a better way to start out your day," said Kailey Bricker. Impact got together for the third time yesterday in Mr. Continenza's room, C213.
"It was a very successful meeting, 15 to 20 people showed up and we had a lot of fun," said co-president John Malone. They meet at the student parking lot doors at 6:25. "Everyone is welcome, you don't have to go to church or even read the bible," said the third co-president Lexie Baroni. They hope to eventually begin meeting outside of school and doing fun new things. "Going to the movies or having bonfires would be fun; we hope to start doing these types of things very soon but for right now, we're still getting everything organized."
