Auction/Sale dates: December 2-12, 2013 - Click on Auction Link
The District will be auctioning and selling numerous Technology items that have been removed from service and obsoleted per our Board of Education Policy. Some are in good working order and other items have some issues but still work. These items were removed from service to accommodate upgraded equipment and technology in the classroom. This sale will consist mostly of computers, monitors and projectors. Please read all disclaimers before purchasing or bidding.
Some fixed price items, some are auction style. Similar items will have staggered start times to insure that if you do not win a bid on a particular item, you can bid on an identical item shortly after without having to risk unintentionally winning 2 items of the same.
The 6th grade concert date has been moved to Thursday, December 5th
The Cleveland Cavaliers and Westfield Insurance are proud to reward students for high scholastic achievements through the Straight "A" All-Stars program. The program is open to all elementary and middle school students, grades K-8, in Cuyahoga, Lorain, Summit, Medina, Portage, Geauga, Lake and Ashtabula counties.
Students who receive straight A’s at the end of the first and second grading periods will be entered into a contest for the chance to win two (2) tickets to a Cavaliers home game! After each grading period, the Cleveland Cavaliers will randomly select 300 entrants to receive two game tickets and a t-shirt. All entrants will receive an official Straight "A" All-Stars certificate and, new this year, drawstring backpack!
Kenston Academic Academy is open to all students who need help completing daily assignments, catching up on absence work or assistance with organizational skills.
Kenston Schools is committed to providing a safe environment for students, staff, and visitors within our facilities. Recent changes have been implemented for building security. Kenston's safety procedures require all visitors to check-in with the main office. Those who are dropping off forgotten items for students will leave them in the vestibule area. This includes lunches, homework, books, papers, clothing, envelopes, etc. Please make sure all items are clearly marked with students name and grade. The items will be brought into the main office for delivery to students by school personnel.
Visitors who have scheduled appointments within the building will be confirmed as quickly as possible. If you do not have an appointment scheduled, please let the receptionist know and they will check the availability of the staff member.
